B.A (Hons), M. Ost. DPO
I graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Master of Osteopathy degree. I also graduated from the Osteopathic Centre for Children with a Diploma in Paediatrics Osteopathy.
I am a skilled structural and cranial osteopath and I use a wide range of approaches tailored to each patient's particular needs, including cranial, visceral and functional techniques. I am also qualified in Dry Needling (Western acupuncture).
My aim is to give my patients control over their pain and enable them to function to the best of their own abilities.
With that in mind, I aim to treat the origin of the symptoms in a whole body approach, looking at the "why" and "how" and preventing re-occurrence of symptoms.
I enjoy treating a wide variety of patients but I also have a special interest in Paediatric Osteopathy working once a week in the Osteopathic Centre for Children. I also have a special interest in treating mothers during pregnancy and post-birth.
I have a strong sporting background being a keen runner, cyclist and swimmer and am in a good position to provide osteopathic care and rehabilitation of sporting injuries.
I discovered osteopathy after suffering injuries post-pregnancy. This led me to a life-long dedication to expand my osteopathic skills and knowledge and help others.
I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and am a member of the British Osteopathic Association.
I am bilingual in French and English.
